After tens of emails today asking whether we still will paint Firstborn Space Marines, we thought we’d settle the question once and for all… YES. Absolutely. This is a studio army of Blood Angels to show we love the new but the old are just as loved as much as their Primaris successors. We have clients who play the current edition of Warhammer 40,000, but we also have plenty of collectors and players who still enjoy 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th Edition. Every clients army has a unique story and reason for being, some armies are built around nostalgia, some around a particular ruleset, and some simply because these are the Space Marines that got us into the hobby in the first place. And that’s exactly how it should be. Whether you want a classic Firstborn Tactical Squad, a Death Company army straight out of the golden era of Blood Angels, an army of Primaris, or a glorious mix of generations, if it’s a Space Marine, we’ll paint it. There’s something pretty special about seeing an entire Firstborn Blood Angels force together like this. Rhinos, Razorbacks, Furiosos, Sanguinary Guard, Death Company and ranks of classic Marines, all brought together into one huge red army. It doesn’t matter which edition you play. It doesn’t matter which generation of Marine you prefer. If you love the models, we love painting them. Some sickly Death Shroud Terminators we have completed as part of an awesome Death Guard army phase. The rich green armour looks great and really works to contrast all of the darker more desaturated details and tones we have used on the miniatures. These guys are super imposing and have such a great presence in a force that it was a no brainer for our client to add such fantastic sculpts to the army. The toxic environment basing works to really sell that corruptive vibe which this guys exhume!

The prince of perfection, Primarch Fulgrim that we have completed for our clients collection. This centrepiece character commission was super fun to work on and bring to life in all the tones of Slaanesh! The dark wings frame his serpentine form and the overall piece looks very imposing as would be expected by the Primarch of the Emperors Children! Finished off with a neutral toned urban basing scheme, Fulgrim is ready to unleash his wrath on the Emperors lapdogs! #slaanesh #emperorschildren #warhammer40k #40k #warhammercommunity

Two Tau Ghostkeel battlesuits inspired by K-2SO from Star Wars Rogue one. Its a really ace cross over which we are working on for our client on a whole Tau army themed after Scarif base from the film. The colour scheme of K-2SO works so well the yellow, blue and red accents contrast really well and help balance the dark armoured form of the miniature. A MOMENT THAT CHANGED THE IMPERIUM. A WIP look at a Custom Service diorama we are working on recreating one of the most brutal and defining moments of the Horus Heresy for our client. Horus Ascended facing Ollanius Persson. With Horus standing victorious, Persson stepped between the Warmaster and the wounded Emperor. He raised his lasgun and fired, knowing full well what stood before him. The response was instantaneous.Horus turned him into nothing more than a red mist. It is a tiny moment within the scale of the Siege of Terra, but one that perfectly captures the sheer hopelessness of standing against Horus Ascended. For this piece, we wanted to tell that story through the composition, with the scale and presence of Horus towering over Persson as he makes his final stand. We cannot wait to paint this epic “duel” and moment of the Heresy captured in miniature form! One man. One lasgun. Leading the most savage astartes chapter we have the brutal Tyberos The Red Wake! This version is a one off bespoke Custom Service model which we used a mix of traditional hand sculpting and converting to create a monster of a miniature. Our client wanted a seriously aggressive looking pose with a haunched and looming Tyberos! The fallen Black Legion marine on the base really adds to the overall composition. When it came to painting him in the livery of the Carcharodons, we went for high contrasting grey and black tones with accents in primary colours to make those details instantly stand out individually. 🦈 We hope you like this absolute monster of a character! #carcharodons #tyberostheredwake #spacesharks #40k #warhammer
