Basing  Master Course (BMC)

We’re always asked about how we achieve the results we do on our model’s bases. The basing master course is our way of getting you on the right track to achieving just that!

The BMC is an intermediate level class but also suitable to painters at an entry point to improve your techniques.

This course will focus on:

• Improving your basing across an army
• Choosing the best materials for realistic settings and environments.
• Selecting the right bases to compliment your miniatures
• Creating Urban, Woodland, Hiveworld and Post Apocalyptic Basing.
• Painting your bases and bringing them to life.
• Advance painting and basing techniques.

The course offers 14 hours of tuition, and is designed to be a guide to push your miniature basing abilities to the next level.  As a result, whatever level you’re at currently there’s something to learn. From entry level hobbyists to competition painters wishing to improve on their techniques, you’ll walk away learning something new.

Throughout the weekend, we will cover a wide variety of painting and basing techniques this includes practical demonstrations along with one-to-one guidance.

Additional Information

For each practical exercise we will provide you with relevant basing materials and parts for you to complete the exercise, so you will not need to bring any of your own basing or model parts.

Your course pack will be available as a download within your email confirmation when you purchase a ticket.

A travel hairdryer, your own brushes, wet palette & painting light are required for this class!
