Testimonials

"Working for Siege is hands down the most enjoyable job I've had. Combining a personal passion of mine in the form of in-house miniature painting, along with exceptional communication of the office gives me the power to focus deeply into whatever intricate task I'm on to ensure the best results."

James M - I absolutely love being part of the siege team. Bringing people's wild and wonderful ideas to life has made me push myself to learn to do things most mini makers would say were impossible. It also has made me explore factions that I would never have considered before, leaving me with new passions and ideas for things I never knew I loved so much. The team are some of the nicest, kindest and most welcoming people I've ever met. I also get to work at incredible events and be part of something that I could never achieve alone. We work really hard because we want to. Everyone's passion for this thing we love brings us all together to push the envelope of what's possible, it's fantastic to be a part of it all. Best job I've ever had!

"A sincere and genuine focus on helping and supporting staff wherever possible, so that they can produce the highest quality painting for clients, combined with an environment of like minded people who have real passion for painting and basically any niche nerdy subject you could want to talk about makes siege truly the most comfortable working experience I’ve ever had."

"I feel valued here at Siege, working for a smaller more personal company that actually takes into account my views on the job and makes changes based on this has made me feel far more valued as a person/employee and not just a worker for a company."

Paul - Storeman

Since joining the Siege Team in early 2024 I’ve painted everything from tiny 80’s lead miniatures to giant Primarchs. I’ve built dioramas, painted incredible creations sculpted by the Custom Service team, and brought our clients’ creative visions to life with freehand depictions of sea life. You never know what you’ll be painting next at Siege, and whilst the comfort zone is now a distant memory, so is any fear I ever had of painting new and unusual projects. The team are always so supportive and genuinely invested in the work we all produce, and every time I finish a piece I’m as excited as a kid at Christmas to see what’s coming next.

"Freelancing at Siege Studios is an incredibly rewarding experience. The team is supportive, collaborative, and a pleasure to work with. Excellent project management keeps every commission well organised and clearly defined, ensuring expectations and objectives are clear from the outset. There are always exciting opportunities to develop your skills, and the team genuinely cares about balancing workload while providing support whenever it's needed. It's a fantastic place to work as a miniature artist!"

'I’ve been part of the Siege team now for over three years and I have loved every minute of it. I’ve worked on some amazing army projects like a huge Death Korps of Krieg force and a Carcharodon army, super detailed character models like Abaddon and Fulgrim, and everything in between. I’ve improved significantly as a painter in that time, and I always find that I’m developing my skills further with every new project!"

The great support network at Siege has been invaluable to my painting career. The support and working environment is excellent, and I’ve always felt valued and listened to. I would highly recommend working for Siege Studios to anyone."
